Fax to Email:
Fax to email can be added to your line for an additional
$3.00 a month. This allows some one to FAX you and you
will receive a PDF copy of the FAX in your Email. This
service does use minutes and does not allow outbound faxing.
how ever all accounts are equipped with outbound faxing
via the portal.

Toll Free Numbers:
VoIP My Way offers the lowest rates per month for a toll
free number and minutes. Toll free numbers cost $3.00
a month and minutes cost just .035 cents per minute. We
offer the following toll free numbers: 866, 877, 888,
800 and so on. Upon purchasing we will do our best to
find a number that fits you.

Number Transfer:
VoIP My Way allows you to transfer your existing numbers
into our service. To transfer your number to us you must
complete a "Letter of Authorization" form and
FAX it back to us at 717-723-9902 with a copy of your
current providers bill. The cost of this service is $15.00
per number and if this is the second number on your account
there is an additional charge of $2.00 a month. If this
is your only number then there is no additional fee. Transfers
can take up to 6 weeks but normally complete in two weeks.

Additional numbers / DID's
Additional numbers can be purchased for an additional
fee of $2.00 per month. These numbers are virtual numbers
and will be forwarded to your main account. IF you require
separate accounts and separate SIP credentials you must
purchase a whole separate plan.

International Calling
international calling is purchased in blocks of $25.00
calling credit. The first $5.00 of each block is a service
fee as we charge you the wholesale rate plus the tax per
minute for anywhere you call. Once your credit is used
up the service is suspended until additional credits are
purchased.

Phone Converters (ATA: Analog Telephone
Adaptor):
An ATA is needed for any one that plans to use our service
with their existing home or business phone. These devices
come preconfigured and all you have to do is plug in the
power, plug the wan port into your router and plug your
phone in to start making calls. *If you plan to use your
own ATA pleas make sure that we support it or that you
know how to add your SIP credentials into it yourself.
ATA devices purchased from us are yours to keep, if you
end service with us we will send you the password and
unlock the device for you to use on any other service.
